我也正在被brain rot

牛津词典公布2024年的火爆词汇，“brain rot”我一瞥而过。对于短视频，我一直属于警戒状态，一直觉得脑腐和我相对遥远。'Brain rot 'is defined as "the supposed deterioration of a person's mental or intellectual state,especially viewed as the result of overconsumption of material considered to be trivial or unchallenging .Also: something characterized as likely to lead to such deterioation". 从定义看，对脑腐的定义不仅仅是从精神或治理状态出现退化的结果，也从原因种提到因为过度浏览过于琐碎或没有意义的低质量内容而导致。

用脑子去学习新知识，排斥短视频一直是我的座右铭之一。抖音我都卸载了。我用essay去抵抗大脑爱上的视频的部分，让大脑更爱文字。甚至于跟着小逸继续学习英语，阅读各种故事材料。
